About Gina

Even in Kindergarten, I knew I was going to be an artist when I grew up. In addition to paint, I have always loved using unusual media to express myself. Royal icing is by far the most challenging, and the most FUN!

Every Christmas since 2016, someone told me to enter my gingerbread houses in competition. Remember in 2020 when COVID hit and all the bakeries were closed? A talent scout from Food Network still had a show to produce and saw my Gingerbread houses on Facebook and urged me to find a partner to enter their TV competition! They weren’t interested in solo competitors so I didn’t get chosen, but this kind of recognition is what finally prompted me to do this professionally and I’ve never looked back!

I am absolutely thrilled and honored to be able to create some delicious art for your special event!
