Please give 3 weeks notice if possible. In developing a custom order, I am not just baking and decorating, but also consulting with you and designing a set that will exceed your expectations. Because of that, anything less than two weeks is considered a rush. This is because it does not allow time to order or 3D print any custom shaped cutters, packaging or materials that might be needed to ensure your design and order is perfect! Custom decorated sugar cookies are very time consuming to bake and decorate! I am typically booked out several weeks or sometimes months in advance, especially around holidays. All this to say, the further in advance the order can be placed, the better.

They’re yummy, but you’re buying edible works of art! It might surprise you how much work is involved in sugar cookie masterpieces. They start at $48 per dozen, and the price goes up based on complexity. Here’s some of the reasons these are time-consuming:

For custom designs, we start with a sketch and develop the shapes into STL files to create and 3D print the cookie cutters for your order. Many of these can’t be reused for other orders.

Every icing layer must be dried between colors in a dehydrator, and we have to make up to 3 different consistencies of each icing color being used.

It takes years to master royal icing piping techniques and skills.

Color matching icings takes a lot of skill and food color requires a full 24 hours to develop into it’s final color, and another 12+ hours to dry completely.

It takes hours upon hours of careful attention to detail to create these!

Our standard cookie recipe contains wheat, egg and dairy. Some recipes contain Almond Extract. While recipes do not contain nuts, Beloved Crumb is a home kitchen and cannot guarantee against trace elements in a recipe.  

All cookie pick-ups are from my home located in Monument, Colorado. I am not currently able to accommodate deliveries. I am not permitted to ship orders outside the state of Colorado due to cottage law. You’ll be given a pickup window of time when your order is confirmed. If you need to change that, please contact us right away. It is not always possible to stay at our home awaiting late pickups so please stick to your agreed-upon time.

There is so much work and material costs for us up front, and spots on our calendar are limited. You pay, I bake.

You have options! All cookies will be heat sealed to maintain quality and freshness. Standard sized cookies will be individually heat sealed while mini or small cookies may have several cookies sealed per package. Cookies will be placed in a gift box, basket or bag dependent on order size.

Cookies may be individually gift wrapped with bow or twine for an additional charge of $0.50 per cookie.

Orders must be paid to secure your spot on our calendar before we start baking. If you cancel more than 14 days of delivery, a 50% refund will be returned to your original form of payment. Refunds requested less than 14 days before your delivery date are non-refundable.
